what is inbees?

inbees turns your wordpress admin into a team shared inbox. point your support@, info@ and sales@ addresses at it and customer emails arrive as conversations your whole team handles together — assign them, reply, tag and automate, with every message stored in your own database.

there is no saas account and no per-seat fee. inbound mail is relayed by a cloudflare email worker, while replies go out through wp_mail and whatever smtp plugin you already run. your conversations, contacts and ratings never leave your site.

frequently asked questions

do i need a mail server to use inbees?
no. inbees receives inbound mail through a cloudflare email worker and sends replies through wp_mail. you just forward your existing support address to the inbees address shown during onboarding.
does it work with gmail, outlook or zoho?
yes. anything that can forward email works — inbees never talks to your provider directly, it simply handles whatever gets forwarded to it.
where is customer data stored?
in your own database, in tables prefixed wp_inbees_*. nothing is sent to a third-party inbox service, and uninstalling the plugin drops the tables.
is there a per-seat fee?
no. one license covers your whole team, and the plugin keeps working without a license — you only stop receiving automatic updates.
