Short, because there genuinely is not much. ## Who is responsible This site and the PlugPress plugins are operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND TYPE, of REGISTERED ADDRESS, COUNTRY. For anything on this page, write to [[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#cbb8bebbbba4b9bf8bbba7beacbbb9aeb8b8e5a8a4). One person reads it. ## What this website collects: nothing Browsing plugpress.co does not create a record of you. Specifically, and verifiably: - No cookies are set. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. - No analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. - No `localStorage` or `sessionStorage`. - Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts or any other font host. - No third-party host is contacted by your browser. Every image, style, script and font on this site comes from plugpress.co itself. The one request this site makes to anyone else happens on our server, not in your browser: once a day a scheduled job asks the WordPress.org API for the public install count and rating of our plugins. It sends a plugin name. It sends nothing about you, and it does not run when you visit. ## Server logs Like any website, the server that delivers these pages keeps short-lived access logs, which typically include IP address, browser user agent and the page requested. These are produced by the hosting infrastructure for security and troubleshooting, not by us for analysis. Hosting provider and log retention period: HOSTING PROVIDER AND LOG RETENTION. ## When you send a message If you use the form on the [support page](/support/), it collects your name, your email address, the topic you picked and your message. That is emailed to [[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#6f1c1a1f1f001d1b2f1f031a081f1d0a1c1c410c00) so it can be answered. Nothing is stored in this website's database, and nothing is added to a mailing list — there is no mailing list. The message then lives in an ordinary email inbox for as long as it is useful for support history. Ask and it will be deleted. Email provider: EMAIL PROVIDER. Support-email retention period: SUPPORT EMAIL RETENTION. ## When you buy a license Checkout is handled by Freemius, not on this site. When you buy, your payment and billing details are collected and processed by Freemius under their own privacy policy — we never see or store your card details. What we receive back from Freemius is the information needed to issue and support a license: your name, your email address, and what you bought. The precise legal relationship (specifically whether Freemius acts as merchant of record and is therefore the seller on your invoice) is stated in the [Terms](/terms/): IS FREEMIUS THE MERCHANT OF RECORD? ## What the plugins do on your site This is the important distinction: the plugins run on *your* WordPress installation, not on ours. We operate no servers that your site's data flows through. For data your plugins collect from your own visitors, you are the data controller and these are the facts you need: #### Saddle Saddle connects your site to an AI assistant you choose — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client. Saddle has no servers of its own, and its keys work only against your site's own endpoint. Because you are connecting your site to an AI assistant, content from your site is sent to whichever AI provider you connect. That provider is your choice and their handling of it is governed by your agreement with them, not by us. Saddle starts read-only, and deletions always return a preview plus a single-use confirmation token that expires in 15 minutes. Saddle also keeps its own notes about your site so a new chat starts informed. Those notes live in your database. Retention: SADDLE MEMORY RETENTION. #### Waggle Waggle logs visits by AI crawlers to your site, grouped by company, in your own database, with 90-day retention. Whether individual IP addresses are stored: DOES WAGGLE STORE CRAWLER IPs? Waggle's weekly brand check calls an external AI provider on a schedule to ask whether your brand comes up. Which provider, and under whose API key: WAGGLE BRAND-CHECK AI PROVIDER. #### Loggle Loggle is first-party analytics: everything stays in three tables in your own database and no data is sent to us or anyone else. No IP addresses are stored. Known bots and AI crawlers are dropped. Loggle does set a first-party cookie on your visitors, holding the first click for 365 days. If you run Loggle, that is a cookie *you* set on *your* visitors, and your own privacy notice needs to say so. Retention for the three database tables: LOGGLE DATABASE RETENTION. ## Your rights You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a copy. Because this site collects nothing passively, in practice this almost always concerns support emails and license records.
