# Refunds Policy

Thirty days, no questions asked. This page just explains the mechanics.

## The promise

Every paid license carries a 30-day refund. No questions asked, no form to argue with, no "please tell us why" gate. If a plugin does not do its job on your site, you get your money back.

## How to ask

Email [[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#f0838580809f8284b0809c85978082958383de939f) from the address you bought with, or use the [support form](/support/) and pick "Billing or refund". Telling us what went wrong is welcome and never required.

How long the refund takes to appear, and which payment method it returns to: REFUND PROCESSING TIME AND METHOD.

## After a refund

A refund ends the license, so updates and support stop.

Consistent with our no-lockout commitment, the plugin will not deactivate itself or hold your data. Saddle also remains available free on WordPress.org, which is unaffected by anything on this page.

What we ask of you after a refund on a premium-only plugin: POLICY ON CONTINUED USE AFTER A REFUND.

## Free versions

The free version of Saddle on WordPress.org costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Try it before you buy anything — that is what it is for.
