# Saddle ships: let Claude and ChatGPT work on your WordPress site

Saddle connects your site to Claude or ChatGPT. It installs read-only, asks before deleting anything, and cannot run code.

### New

- Write and edit posts, pages, media and categories.
- Build and edit pages with real blocks, using your theme’s own colours and spacing.
- Optional site management: settings, plugins, themes and cache.
- Three access levels, starting at read-only, with a switch for every tool.
- Two-step confirmation before anything is deleted, plus a pause switch and an activity log.
- Sign-in support for apps that cannot use a pasted key, such as ChatGPT connectors. Off by default.
- Import stock photos from Unsplash with automatic credit, using your own key.
- Page quality checks with a scored report.

### Fixed

- Apps that sign in instead of using a pasted key were stuck on read-only, whatever you had set. ChatGPT does this. You now pick the access level when you approve the app.
- Some apps connected fine and then reported the site had no actions they could use.
- Saving your access level could say it worked and change nothing on some hosts.

### Security

- A confirmation can no longer be reused to run something different from what you previewed.
- Renaming a key can no longer widen what it can do.
- Write access can pause automatically if your site’s domain changes.
