# Save a filter as a sendable audience

### New

- Segments. Filter your contacts, save it as a segment, then send to it. Membership is worked out at send time, so the preview count matches what goes out.
- Filter contacts by source and customer type, so data from integrations is usable for targeting.
- Real-time Freemius sync. Customers are grouped per product as they install, buy, renew or churn.
- Schedule a campaign for later, using your site’s timezone.
- Filter contacts by group, and act on a selection in bulk: add to a group, change status, or delete.

### Improved

- A clearer contact import, with a step indicator, drag and drop, and live progress.
- Groups are now the single way to segment. The unused Tags surface is gone.
