The PlugPress plugins are made and sold by Dotyard (“Dotyard,” “we,” or “us”). These terms cover what you get when you buy a license, what happens when it lapses, and the limits on both sides. ## Who you are contracting with These terms are between you and LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND TYPE, of REGISTERED ADDRESS, COUNTRY, trading as PlugPress. Purchases are processed through Freemius. Whether Freemius acts as merchant of record (and is therefore the seller named on your invoice and the party that collects any applicable tax) is: IS FREEMIUS THE MERCHANT OF RECORD? ## What a license is A paid license is an annual subscription covering a number of sites: 3 sites, 10 sites, or unlimited. It entitles you to use the paid version of the plugin, to receive updates, and to receive support, for as long as the license is active. What counts as one "site" — including staging installations, local development copies, and WordPress multisite networks: DEFINITION OF A SITE. Using the plugins on client sites is expected and permitted; the tiers exist for exactly that. ## PlugPress One PlugPress One covers every PlugPress plugin, with every Pro feature, plus every PlugPress plugin released while your license is active. One license, one renewal. "Released while your license is active" means a plugin published during your subscription term is included in it. It does not promise any particular plugin, or any particular release schedule. ## Renewal and cancellation Licenses are annual. Whether they renew automatically, and how to turn that off: DOES THE LICENSE AUTO-RENEW, AND HOW IS IT CANCELLED? When a license lapses, whether by cancellation or non-renewal, **your plugins keep working exactly as they are**. Nothing deactivates itself, nothing is locked, and none of your data is held hostage. What stops is updates and support. This is a deliberate commitment, and it is published in our FAQ. Any future change to it applies only to licenses bought after the change. ## Free versions Saddle ships a free version on WordPress.org with its core job fully working — no crippleware and no nag walls. It is licensed GPL, like WordPress itself, and nothing in these terms restricts the rights that license gives you. Waggle and Loggle are premium-only and are sold here. ## Support Support is answered by the person who wrote the code. Typical response is about a day, which is an honest description of how it has gone — not a guaranteed response time, and not an SLA. Support covers the plugins doing what they say they do. It does not extend to writing custom code for you, fixing unrelated problems on your site, or supporting modified copies of the plugins. ## Reasonable use Do not resell or redistribute the paid plugins, remove or bypass licensing, or use an unlimited-site license as a way to supply the plugins to people who are not your clients. You are responsible for what you instruct an AI assistant to do on your own site through Saddle, and for keeping backups. Saddle defaults to read-only and asks before deleting; the permissions you grant beyond that are yours to choose. ## Warranty and liability The plugins are provided as they are. We work hard to make them correct, and we do not promise they are free of defects or that they will suit every site. The limitation of liability, and any consumer rights that cannot be limited in your country, are governed by: LIABILITY CAP AND WARRANTY WORDING — NEEDS LEGAL REVIEW. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the law of GOVERNING LAW, and disputes are subject to the courts of JURISDICTION AND VENUE. ## Changes These terms can change for future purchases. Changes are not applied retroactively to a license you have already paid for, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
