Outbees is now Mailyard Pro

The plugin formerly known as Outbees is now Mailyard Pro, the paid campaigns tier of the free Mailyard plugin.

Changed

• New identity throughout. Beta installs need a clean reinstall.
• The free Mailyard plugin is now required. Sending, failover and bounce handling all come from it.
• Licensing and updates moved to Freemius. A lapsed licence loses updates, not features.
• The “Sent with” footer credit is gone. Your emails carry only your brand.
