Affiliate Terms

The program in one paragraph

You recommend PlugPress plugins with a personal referral link. When someone buys a paid plan through it, you earn 40% of that payment, and 40% of every renewal that customer makes afterwards, for as long as they stay subscribed. We pay your balance by bank transfer once it passes $200.

The program is run by LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND TYPE. These terms sit alongside the site’s general Terms of Service, which also apply to you.

Joining

You join through the application form on the affiliates page (or by email to [email protected]): your name, your email, and where you plan to share your link. A person reads every application, and approval is at our discretion. If we say yes, you get your personal referral link back, usually within a day.

You must be able to receive a bank transfer in your own name, and you are responsible for any tax on what you earn.

How referrals are counted

A sale is yours when the buyer clicks your referral link and completes a purchase within 60 days of that click, as attributed by our checkout provider. Sixty days covers even a slow, research-heavy decision.

If two affiliates could claim the same sale, the attribution recorded at checkout decides it, which in practice means the most recent link the buyer clicked. We cannot re-assign sales after the fact.

Commissions

Your commission is 40% of every payment a referred customer makes: the first purchase and each renewal, at whatever plan they are on. It stops only when they stop being a paying customer.

• Every paid license has a 30-day refund window. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed. After 30 days the sale is final.
• No commission on your own purchases, purchases made with your own payment method, or anything that is plainly self-referral.
• Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid, after any discount the buyer used.

Payouts

Payouts go by bank transfer to the account details you give us, monthly, in the first week of the month. The minimum payout is $200: below that, your balance rolls over and keeps growing until it crosses the line.

A commission becomes payable 30 days after its sale. That hold matches the 30-day refund window exactly, so a payout is never clawed back: once money reaches your account, it is yours.

We pay the transfer fee. The amount that lands in your account is the full amount you earned.

Keep your bank details current. A transfer that fails because the details were wrong goes back into your balance for the next payout.

How you may promote

Recommend the plugins honestly, in your own voice, to people who would actually benefit. That covers almost everything. What it does not cover:

• No spam, in any channel. Unsolicited bulk email or DMs with your link end the relationship.
• No misleading claims about what the plugins do, their prices, or your relationship with us. You are an independent affiliate, not PlugPress.
• No bidding on PlugPress brand terms in paid search, and no domains or handles that impersonate us.
• No self-referral schemes, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or routing buyers through your link without their knowledge.

Ending the relationship

You can leave at any time by telling us. We can end your participation at any time, and will if the promotion rules above are broken.

If the program ends or your participation does, honestly earned commissions on sales already made are still paid out under the normal payout rules. Commissions from rule-breaking are forfeit.

Changes to these terms

We may change the program, including the commission rate for future sales, with notice by email to active affiliates. Changes never apply backwards: a sale earns what the terms said on the day it happened.
